Background
The Voice of Eastlands is a year-long artist development program that seeks to incubate talented musicians annually who come from less privileged backgrounds to nurture their talents and enhance their musical and business skills. This is the first ever Eastland’s talent search that seeks to provide music industry hopefuls with a 360 degrees field experiences and mentorship in music business. The structure of this program is such that, by the time the search comes to an end, the winners will be players in the music industry hence build a career out of their talents.

Our Process
1. AUDITIONS
The auditions will be held and will be open to the public inviting talented singers, rappers and poets aged between 18 - 30 years to showcase their talents.
2. ACADEMY & PRODUCTION
After the Auditions, 5 talents are brought into the academy where they will be given a 360 degrees training and mentorship in music business as they produce their music.
3. MARKETING & DISTRIBUTION
Once the production processes are completed, its time for the musicians to hit the road. So, they will go for media tours and a number of planned events to introduce them to the market.
